Adeyemi Olaosebikan is a seasoned telecom professional with over 20 years of experience in network operations and service delivery. He currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Networks & CE at Airtel Enterprise Business Operations. A strategic leader with deep expertise in network engineering, Adeyemi has driven innovation in network architecture, enhanced operational efficiencies, and ensured the

seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.

Prior to joining Airtel, Adeyemi spent 5 years at MainOne, where he played a pivotal role in establishing strategic Points of Presence (POPs) in Lisbon and London. His contributions also included setting up domestic Data Center Interconnect (DCI) in Nigeria to facilitate the expansion of hyperscalers like Facebook, Google, etc.

Before his tenure at MainOne, Adeyemi worked at Suburban where he played a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of telecom operations, spearheading initiatives that improved customer experience, expanded network coverage, and ensured high levels of service reliability.

Adeyemi holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Greenwich in the UK. He is a member of professional organizations such as the IEEE and has obtained numerous certifications in AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, ITIL, and more. Additionally, he has completed the prestigious Financial Management for Senior Managers course at the London Business School.
