Dr Krish is a globally recognized technology leader and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience spanning across building digital infrastructures including cloud computing, data centre development, networks, key digital transformation initiatives, and sustainable infrastructure. Having held senior leadership roles at major technology organizations across Asia and Africa , he brings a rare combination of deep engineering , commercial expertise, and boardroom level strategic vision to his role as Chief Executive Officer of UniCloud Africa, one of the continent’s fastest growing sovereign cloud infrastructure and managed services providers. His work has consistently positioned him at the intersection of emerging technology and real world impact, earning him recognition as one of Africa’s most influential voices in the digital infrastructure space. He is also a director at Delta Tech Africa Limited, which is foussed on various certifications such as ISO, PCI DSS, SOC, Data Centre consultations, High end trainings on AI, Cybersecurity, Health and safety etc.
At the heart of Dr Krish’s leadership is a deep specialization in data centres (design, development, and operations), and sovereign cloud infrastructure (cloud environments that ensure a nation’s data is stored, processed, and governed entirely within its own borders). Under his stewardship, UniCloud Africa has developed cloud regions across multiple African jurisdictions, offering governments and enterpriss hybrid cloud, disaster recovery, and managed services built to international standards in partnership with existing high available data centres. He is the principal architect of UniCloud Africa’s landmark pan African sovereign cloud Initiative, a multi country platform committed to 100% data sovereignty, low latency, and local currency payment to support the digital infrastructure of Africa, setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible digital infrastructure on the continent.
A sought after speaker at various forums, Dr Krish holds multiple doctoral qualifications and has been recognised with multiple industry accolades. He is a passionate and vocal advocate for Africa’s digital future championing the principle that the data of Africa’s citizens, businesses, and governments must be hosted on African soil, within sovereign cloud frameworks that protect national interests and comply with local regulatory mandates.
