As Managing Director of Bayobab Nigeria, she directs strategic commercial growth, national long-distance fiber networks, subsea cable landing initiatives, and data center interconnections designed to power regional connectivity and bridge the digital divide.
Under her leadership, Bayobab Nigeria achieved a landmark National Long-Distance Operator License, positioning the organization to meet the region’s surging data demands and expand critical terrestrial backbone networks.
Beyond commercial growth, Josephine has championed strategic digital inclusion, driving community literacy initiatives, youth technology engagement at cable landing facilities, and private-sector participation in national broadband projects.
